Our customer in Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. Were recruiting Forklift Operators to work full-time on 2nd shift.

Responsibilities of the Forklift Operator:

• Operate powered industrial trucks to move raw materials, finished goods, and supplies throughout the facility.
• Load and unload trucks and trailers, ensuring materials are handled safely and accurately.
• Provide raw or WHIP stock to production machines according to production schedules.
• Stack and organize goods in storage areas following inventory control procedures.
• Check loads for stability and secure them properly before transport.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance or safety concerns.
• Remove machine attachments, waste material, and empty pallets from work areas.
• Assist with shipping and receiving, including order picking and preparing materials for shipment.
• Monitor materials for quality compliance and report discrepancies to supervisors.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.

Forklift Operator Requirements and Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Forklift certification per OSHA standards.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and operate warehouse equipment safely.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to a safe work environment.
• Basic computer skills; experience with RF scanners preferred.
• Clean driving record and valid state motor vehicle operators license.

Pay for Forklift Operator:

$19.25/hr.

Type: 2nd Shift, Full-time

Schedule: Monday Friday, 2:00pm 10:00pm. OT on Saturdays as needed. Occasional schedule adjustments 3:00pm 11:00pm.
