Broadway Ventures is looking for an ambitious and reliable Sr. Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team, supporting both active requisition and proposal development recruiting. Our ideal candidate is friendly, outgoing, and provides excellent service to both potential hires and our clients. We are a rapidly growing government contractor with an ever-evolving landscape, and we are looking for someone who thrives in ambiguity and high-deliverable environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Consult with corporate leadership and the proposal team on the qualifications needed for each position
• Post and maintain compelling job descriptions in Greenhouse (ATS)
• Use government contract proposal and award statement of work documents to develop and update job descriptions and job specifications
• Use Boolean and advanced search techniques to source and identify top talent
• Screen and interview candidates
• Deliver world-class service to candidates and clients
• Obtain Letters of Intent (LOI) from qualified candidates for contract proposal efforts
• Coordinate with senior leadership and Business Development teams to review and determine top candidates
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients internally and externally

Required

• 5+ years recruiting technical skill sets such as software engineering, networking, and infrastructure
• Experience delivering world-class hiring manager and client satisfaction in a remote setting
• Experience hiring candidates with government security clearances (Secret, Top Secret, SCI, and Poly)
• Ability to run market compensation benchmarks for multiple positions and skill levels
• Ability to negotiate pay rates within approved ranges and close candidates effectively
• BS/MS degree in a relevant field (equivalent experience may substitute for the education requirement)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, etc.)
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Some travel required

Preferred

• Experience working with contract labor or staff augmentation for a defense prime
• Experience screening, hiring, or placing engineers at a missile, munitions, radar, or electronics production site
• Experience recruiting transitioning military with a technical or manufacturing background
• Experience mentoring less experienced recruiters
• Experience working with government contract proposal and business development teams
• Knowledge of creative sourcing via social media, blogs, job sites, and other resources for finding qualified candidates

Where that is the case, the position and its final compensation are contingent upon award of the contract to Broadway Ventures and on the terms of the awarded contract, including any government-approved labor rates and the applicable wage determination.
