Paid Time Off

Vacation Leave:

• 6.67 hours per month during years 1–2.
• 10 hours per month during years 3–6.
• 13.33 hours per month during years 7–10.
• 16.67 hours per month beginning in year 11.

Sick Leave:

• 4 hours per month during the first six months.
• 8 hours per month after six months.

Paid Holidays:

• Eight paid holidays annually (prorated for part-time employees).

Qualifications:

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Montana (or ability to obtain).
• Current BLS certification (or ability to obtain).
• Excellent communication and patient education skills.
• Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
