Automotive Production Assembly Worker

Job Title: Manufacturing Assembler (Automotive)
Location: Madison, AL
Pay: $20/hour
Schedule: Monday - Thursday | 6:30 AM - 5:00 PM OR 7:30 PM - 6 AM
Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembler to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role will focus on assembling automotive components including motors, engines, and transmissions while maintaining high quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble motors, engines, and transmissions using hand and power tools
• Follow work instructions, blueprints, and assembly guidelines
• Inspect parts and completed assemblies to ensure quality standards are met
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Work efficiently to meet daily production goals
• Identify and report any defects or issues to supervisors

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of assembly experience in a manufacturing environment
• Automotive assembly experience preferred
• Experience using hand tools and power tools
• Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic

Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Huntsville, AL.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr.
