Automotive Sales Consultant – Earn Up to $120,000 Annually!

What You’ll Do:

• Welcome customers and provide a positive dealership experience
• Identify customer needs and guide them through the vehicle selection and purchasing process
• Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat and referral business
• Maintain product knowledge and educate customers on available vehicle options
• Follow up with customers and provide exceptional service throughout the sales process
• Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve individual and dealership goals

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred (automotive sales experience is a plus but not required)
• A motivated, goal-oriented individual with a strong desire to succeed
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Positive attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable using computers and internet-based tools
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Ford experience or certifications are a plus — but we are willing to train the right candidate with the drive and determination to succeed!
