Now Hiring - Full‑Time and Part-Time Licensed Hair Stylists

SmartStyle, operated by American Salon Group LLC. , is seeking talented, licensed stylists who are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and advancing their careers in a supportive, growth‑focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide professional hair and beauty services, including cutting, coloring, highlighting, perming, smoothing and waxing
• Conduct thorough client consultations
• Maintain a friendly, guest‑focused environment
• Utilize modern tools, techniques, and salon technology
• Assist with end‑of‑day administrative tasks

Qualifications:

• Valid Cosmetology or Barber License
• Flexible schedule (evenings/weekends)
• Strong communication and basic administrative skills
• Physical ability to stand, bend, lift up to 25 lbs., and work with fragrances/chemicals

Compensation & Benefits:

• Average earnings of $22–$43/hr. (including base pay, commissions, and tips)
