Pay Rate: $20.50 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeThur04:00 PM - 12:00 AMFri04:00 PM - 12:00 AMSat04:00 PM - 12:00 AM How This Role Works: Fixed-Shift Commitment (“Anchor Shifts”): You will be hired for a designated site and weekly shift that serves as your reliable base schedule. This assignment requires a six (6) month commitment. Earn More, Claim-A-Shift Program: In addition to your fixed shift, you may pick-up extra shifts through our scheduling platform, allowing you to increase earnings and gain experience across multiple sites. Work part‑time hours this week and full‑time the next. It’s all up to you. This role is ideal for candidates seeking part-time employment with flexibility, income stability, and opportunities to build‑up to a full‑time schedule of up to 40 hours per week; always with the option to scale back when needed. Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, contractors, and property management personnel while carrying out site‑specific procedures and security‑related protocols at a commercial real estate location. Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of buildings, common areas, parking facilities, loading areas, and the surrounding perimeter to help identify unusual activity and help to deter unauthorized access. Monitor access points and observe visitor, vendor, and contractor activity in accordance with property procedures. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, contacting appropriate personnel and emergency responders as needed. Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities accurately in required reports and logs. Minimum Requirements: Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Customer service experience is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
