Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in either a Med/Surg or Emergency Room setting based on departmental needs
• Collaborate effectively with staff at all levels across departments to ensure quality patient outcomes
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive patient and organizational data at all times
• Demonstrate accountability for work output while supporting a team-oriented environment
• Communicate clearly and professionally in both written and oral formats with interdisciplinary teams

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Minimum 2 years of experience as an Emergency Room Nurse
• Current RN licensure in good standing in the state of California
• Active ACLS, PALS, and CPR certifications required
• TNCC certification required within one year of hire date
• Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working in a flexible, dual-department nursing role (Med/Surg and Emergency Room)
• Demonstrated ability to adapt quickly to changing departmental priorities and patient volumes
