Are you a seasoned security leader who can protect VIPs, lead emergency response, and build world-class security programs without compromising the guest experience?

We're seeking an experienced Director of Security & Guest Protection to lead security operations for a prestigious luxury hospitality campus spanning more than 300 acres in the Franklin/Brentwood area.

This is not your typical security position. You'll play a key leadership role overseeing security operations, executive protection, emergency preparedness, major events, and a highly professional security team in a luxury hospitality environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

✅ Leading physical security operations across a large luxury campus

✅ Protecting VIPs, executives, and high-profile guests

✅ Managing security planning for special events and large gatherings

✅ Directing emergency response and incident command operations

✅ Overseeing investigations, reporting, and risk management

✅ Managing CCTV, access control, alarms, and other security technologies

✅ Recruiting, developing, and mentoring security personnel

✅ Partnering with executive leadership and operational departments

What We're Looking For:

✔ 8+ years of security, law enforcement, military security, emergency management, or protective operations experience

✔ 3+ years of leadership experience managing security teams

✔ VIP or executive protection experience

✔ Strong emergency response and incident management background

✔ Experience with security technology and physical security programs

✔ Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills

Preferred Qualifications:

⭐ CPP, PSP, or similar certifications

⭐ FEMA ICS certifications

⭐ Hotel, resort, private estate, or hospitality security experience

⭐ CPR, AED, and First Aid certifications
