In this role, you'll provide thoughtful, patient-centered care while working alongside a supportive and collaborative team. Your day-to-day will include:

• Getting to know your patients through comprehensive assessments and personalized care planning
• Delivering safe, high-quality nursing care with attention to each patient's unique needs
• Monitoring patient conditions and keeping your care team informed every step of the way
• Administering medications and treatments with precision and care
• Documenting clearly and accurately to support continuity of care
• Partnering with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to achieve the best outcomes
• Educating patients and families so they feel informed, confident, and supported
• Stepping into leadership or charge roles when needed, helping guide and support your teammates

We're looking for someone who is both skilled and compassionate:

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (required)
• Medical/Surgical experience is a plus, but not required

• Current RN or LPN license in the State of Kansas
• BLS (CPR) certification
• ACLS, PALS, and Trauma certifications (within 1 year of hire)
