Step into an impactful position serving students from kindergarten through 12th grade for the 2026-2027 school year. This full-time contract role offers the chance to make a measurable difference in the lives of children and adolescents through comprehensive psychological services in an educational setting. The assignment begins as soon as possible and extends through late May 2027. You'll enjoy a consistent weekly schedule of 30 hours, with potential flexibility up to 40 hours, ensuring you can dedicate focused time to your diverse caseload.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid GA School Psychologist Certification
- Experience with K-12th grade populations preferred
- Strong background in conducting evaluations and assessments
- Comfortable participating in IEP meetings and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent organizational skills for maintaining timely and accurate documentation
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and psychological assessments for students across varying age groups
- Actively participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and support for individualized education planning
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support student success
- Deliver consultation services and behavioral interventions as needed
- Maintain up-to-date and confidential records in accordance with state and school guidelines
