Jira Cloud Administrator

To optimize the digital workspace for an industry leader, the freelance Jira Cloud Administrator will manage the administration and workflow optimization of the Jira Cloud environment, working remotely for approximately 3-5 hours per day during Pacific Time Zone business hours on a one-year contract with potential for extension. Key responsibilities: Administer and configure complex Jira Cloud infrastructure, including workflows and custom fields, to provide scalable solutions Author and implement advanced Jira automation rules to enhance project management efficiency Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to improve the platform and troubleshoot technical issues Required qualifications: 3-5 years of experience administering and configuring Jira Cloud environments Expertise in deploying advanced Jira features, including workflows and automation rules Ability to translate business operational requests into effective system configurations Strong documentation skills and experience managing Confluence spaces Experience with platform governance models and collaborative communication #J-18808-Ljbffr Randstad North America, Inc.
