Instructional Designer

We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Facilitator to deliver engaging learning experiences and design impactful training programs supporting employee and leadership development. Key Responsibilities Facilitate instructor-led training in both in-person and virtual environments Deliver programs focused on leadership, communication, emotional intelligence, team effectiveness, change management, conflict resolution, performance management, and inclusive workplace practices Create psychologically safe, engaging, and interactive learning environments Manage group dynamics and facilitate sensitive discussions professionally Design facilitator guides, participant workbooks, presentations, job aids, and other training materials Apply adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies such as ADDIE and SAM Partner with SMEs to develop and validate training content Analyze participant feedback and learning metrics to improve training effectiveness Maintain accurate training, attendance, and evaluation records Required Qualifications 5+ years of experience facilitating instructor-led training, workshops, or adult learning programs Experience designing and developing instructor-led and blended learning solutions Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies Excellent facilitation, presentation, and public speaking skills Experience facilitating DEIB and other sensitive workplace discussions Experience delivering management and leadership development programs Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom Excellent organizational and project management skills Leadership coaching or consulting experience Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and learning analytics Experience evaluating learning outcomes and using data to improve programs Articulate Storyline 360 experience is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr
