Mechanical Assembler 1st & 2nd Shift

We're looking for reliable, hands-on Mechanical Assemblers to help build high-performance chiller systems used in data center applications. If you enjoy working with tools, following detailed build instructions, and contributing to a collaborative shop environment, this role is an excellent fit.

What You'll Do

• Assemble chiller units using detailed work instructions and build specifications
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
• Read and interpret blueprints and assembly documentation
• Support production with general shop tasks, including:
• Cleaning and maintaining work areas
• Packaging and shrink-wrapping finished units
• Material handling and staging
• Assist with sheet metal fabrication by loading and unloading machines
• Follow all safety, quality, and production standards
• Cross-train in additional areas, including custom unit assembly

Required

• Mechanical assembly experience
• Proficiency with hand and power tools
• Ability to read and understand blueprints

Preferred

• Experience with electrical schematics and wiring
• Sheet metal fabrication experience
• Manufacturing or production experience
