We provide our agents with 10-15 tangible showing opportunities every month. These are clients actively scheduling appointments and expressing genuine interest in purchasing a home—some of the warmest leads available in real estate.
Our compensation plan allows agents to realistically earn $100k+ annually. Unlike many brokerages, we provide not only the leads but also the training and ongoing support to achieve this.

The Perna Team is strategically positioned to excel in any market, thanks to our extensive channel partner relationships. Collaborations with platforms like Zillow, Realtor.com, Opendoor, and OpCity enable us to deliver consistent value to our agents, regardless of broader market trends. New team members typically open 2-3 escrows monthly within their first 60 days. We convert hundreds of transactions annually from online leads, and we're just getting started.

Pay: $48,226.91 - $196,492.21 per year
