Key Responsibilities

• Plan and administer medically prescribed occupational therapy treatment programs to restore function, relieve pain, and support adaptation following disease, injury, or loss of body parts
• Provide diagnostic and therapy services under valid ordering provider orders with appropriate professional judgment for skilled care
• Participate in patient identification and referral through screening, informal evaluations, and communication with other care team members
• Re-evaluate skilled needs, modify treatment plans, and prepare discharge summaries as warranted
• Prepare and maintain written and electronic documentation in a timely manner, including billing records, evaluation reports, treatment plans, and daily progress notes
• Maintain patient confidentiality in accordance with applicable standards

Required Qualifications

• Current Oregon Occupational Therapist license , or eligibility and evidence of application for licensure
• Inpatient occupational therapy skills are required
• Outpatient experience with adult populations, including neurological conditions and post-surgical cases
• Computer literacy skills sufficient to complete electronic documentation and billing
• Valid driver's license or acceptable alternative

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience working across both inpatient and outpatient therapy settings
• Background treating adult patients with neuro conditions and post-surgical rehabilitation needs
