Impact Life is seeking a Workforce Development Specialist to support Recovery Cafe participants in Wilmington and Newark, guiding them through employment training, job placement, and ongoing support to build self-sufficiency. This role emphasizes compassionate, person-centered engagement to help individuals secure meaningful employment.
