Job Description
TITLE
Cath Lab RN - Cath Lab

SCHEDULE
Days, 7:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Monday-Friday
Call: Required (one night/week; every 4th weekend)

REQUIREMENTS
- RN license (state or compact)
- ACLS, BLS certifications
- Minimum 3 years Cath Lab RN experience
- Epic charting experience

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide nursing care in the Cath Lab, including diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures.
- Monitor and manage patients undergoing procedures for various cardiac conditions.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure effective patient outcomes.
- Administer medications and manage emergency situations as needed.
- Document patient care and procedures accurately in the electronic health record.
- Educate patients and families regarding procedures and post-operative care.

COMPLIANCE / NOTES
- Urgent fingerprinting required immediately upon booking; strict deadline applies.
- Two professional references required, with at least one from a manager/director or formal supervisor.
- Current facility employees are ineligible for traveler roles; former employees eligible after 6 months away.
- Flu vaccine required (medical exemptions only).
- RTO (Return-to-Office) requirement must be included with submission.
