Heidelberg Materials North America operates over 450 locations across the U.S. and Canada with approximately 9,000 employees.**What You'll Be Doing*** Receive, check in, organize, and maintain parts and materials within the plant storeroom, including completing goods receipts.* Pull, check out, palletize, and distribute parts and equipment needed by the maintenance and plant teams.* Maintain accurate inventory and transaction records while helping ensure parts are properly stored and readily available when needed.* Use SAP to complete basic storeroom transactions, including receiving materials and tracking parts moving in and out of inventory.* Work closely with maintenance and other plant employees to support daily operational needs while maintaining an organized and efficient storeroom.**What Are We Looking For*** Mechanical or maintenance knowledge with the ability to identify and understand common parts and equipment preferred.* Previous experience in a plant, industrial, warehouse, storeroom, or parts environment is beneficial but not required.* Basic computer skills; SAP or similar inventory management system experience is preferred but can be trained.* Dependable, self-motivated, and willing to learn, with the ability to work independently and take initiative.* Strong communication and teamwork skills with a willingness to assist maintenance and other plant employees as needed.**Work Environment*** Fast-paced and dynamic work environment.* Collaborative team culture with opportunities for professional growth.* Commitment to safety and sustainability in all operations.**What We Offer*** Competitive base salary $46,880 - $55,085* 401(k) retirement savings plan with an automatic company contribution as well as matching contributions.* Highly competitive benefits programs, including: + Medical, Dental, and Vision along with Prescription Drug Benefits. + Health Savings Account (HSA), Health Reimbursement Account (HRA), and Flexible Spending Account (FSA). + AD&D, Short- and Long-Term Disability Coverage as well as Basic Life Insurance. + Paid Bonding Leave, 15 days of Paid Vacation, 40 hours of Paid Sick Leave, and 10 Paid Holidays.Equal Opportunity Employer - Minority / Female / Veteran / Disabled
