Job Summary:

Position Title: CNA - LTC
Location: Petersburg, WV 26847
Duration: 13 weeks
Work Schedule: 8/ 12 hrs.
Pay Rate: 30-35$/hr.
Responsibilities
• Provide hands-on care to residents including bathing, grooming, toileting, and hygiene support
• Assist with mobility, transfers, repositioning, and fall-prevention safety measures
• Measure, record, and report vital signs, intake & output, and resident observations
• Support residents with meals, feeding assistance, hydration, and nutrition monitoring
• Maintain clean, safe living areas and follow infection control protocols
• Assist nursing staff during procedures and respond promptly to call lights
• Provide emotional support and comfort while maintaining dignity and respect
• Document care provided according to facility policies
• Communicate changes in resident condition to nurses in a timely manner
• Foster a supportive environment promoting resident independence and well-being
