About the Role
The Company is in search of a Chief Business Officer (CBO) with a strong background in commercial leadership within the life sciences sector, particularly in the areas of Pharma, Biotech, or CRO environments. The CBO will be responsible for developing and executing a multi-year commercial and go-to-market strategy, identifying key client segments and markets, and building a robust global business pipeline. This role demands a leader with a proven track record in securing high-value, complex life sciences contracts, and the ability to drive sustainable revenue growth. The successful candidate will also be tasked with building and leading a high-performing commercial team, implementing commercial infrastructure, and ensuring scientific-commercial alignment to position the organization as a leading neuroscience-focused CRO partner. Applicants for the CBO position at the company should have senior commercial leadership experience, a strong strategic execution and forecasting capability, and the credibility to engage with both R&D leaders and executive stakeholders.
