Family Nurse Practitioner

Outpatient Family Nurse Practitioner role serving patients of all ages. Focus on preventative care, chronic disease management, and patient education. Base Salary: $120,000 $130,000. Student Loan Repayment up to $50,000. Relocation Assistance up to $10,000. Monday through Friday schedule. No weekends required. No call responsibilities. 7 clinical hours daily plus 1 hour administrative time. One late clinic shift every 67 weeks.

Provide outpatient primary care for patients across the lifespan. Manage chronic conditions and preventative healthcare services. Educate patients on wellness and treatment plans. Average patient volume of 15+ patients daily. Collaborate closely with experienced interdisciplinary care team.

Active Pennsylvania Family Nurse Practitioner license REQUIRED. Minimum 2 years of FNP experience REQUIRED. Ability to see patients of all ages REQUIRED. Strong chronic disease management skills REQUIRED. Team-based outpatient care experience preferred.
