JOB SUMMARY:

Directs the workflow of the front office staff, ensuring that communication between PARs and Rev Cycle is efficient and productive. Assign duties to PARs to best serve our patients. Works to facilitate patient

flow and ensure an accurate and complete demographic for each patient.

Provides Clinic Services

1. Ensures that all daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual logs, surveys, trainings are complete

2. Assists providers and clinic director with daily reception operation and workflow

3. Ensure front office is properly staffed by moving or redirecting staff

4. Work with PARs to ensure Prior Auths, Ins and medical referrals are complete in a timely manner

5. Manage the daily schedule for providers, communicating between nurse aides and reception

6. Assist in ensuring all accounts are correct and accurate for billing.

Secondary Responsibilities:

1. Assists in Clinic Director duties as assigned by the director

2. Provides back up timekeeping/payroll duties when director is out of office

3. Provide back up to all PARs if needed

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

Education:

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Licensure, Registry, Certification:

None required

Personal Job related skills:

1. Effective oral and written communications skills

2. Leadership

Experience:

Prior Work Experience:

5 years receptionist experience preferred

Technical Training:

1. none required
