You will serve as a liaison between Veeva and key customer stakeholders to foster collaboration, highlight value using our applications through proactive engagement and triage escalations.You will partner with global customers to understand their business goals, ways of working and challenges and then determine how they can further leverage their existing investments to meet those needs.What You'll DoSupport 4-6 large, global customers post-implementation with Veeva PromoMats and Veeva Medical applicationsLead with curiosity, act as a trusted advisor and own the relationship with customers’ business decision makers and application ownersLiaise with Veeva Strategy, Sales, Product and/or Services’ stakeholders to address customer needsThrough proactive engagement, provide strategic guidance to optimize use of Veeva applications and help create a customer roadmap based on their business goals and needsFacilitate customer-to-customer or customer-to-Veeva connections for collaboration opportunities and industry learningRequirements7+ years’ experience in promotional content or Medical within life sciences industryExperience working with or in large global pharmaceutical companiesCustomer-facing consulting experienceExperience managing relationships with key decision makers and application ownersAbility to travel up to 25%Nice to HaveMust be based in North America – preferably east coast7+ years of working in software, or consultingSaaS/cloud experienceExperience working with Veeva VaultInterviewing with VeevaWe value your time and believe in a transparent hiring process. Please note that actual salaries may vary within the range above or below, depending on experience and location. We look at compensation for each individual and base our offer on your unique qualifications, experience, and expected contributions.
