This is a great opportunity to get in with a fast growing business where everyone on the team is valued.Benefits include:100% paid insurance premiums on medical, dental, and vision401k & Roth 401k plans with up to a 4% company match100% paid long-term disability insurancePaid life insurance plan2 floating holidays6 paid holidaysVacation payPaid weeklyResponsibilities include:Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance.Replace filters, clean coils, and perform other necessary maintenance tasks to extend the life of HVAC systems.Provide accurate troubleshooting reports and determine the root cause of system failures.Replace or repair faulty components such as compressors, motors, and thermostats.Communicate effectively with customers to explain HVAC issues, repairs, and recommendations.Provide detailed, multi-option quotes and discuss repair or upgrade choicesAdhere to all safety protocols and industry standards when working with HVAC equipment.Maintain accurate service records, including parts used and hours worked.Fulfill on-call duties according to the department schedule.Requirements:3+ years of HVAC experience.EPA Certification required.Good character and ability to work with a team and our customers.Professional appearance and demeanor.Valid driver's license.Must meet company motor vehicle record (MVR) eligibility requirements.Neat, clean and organized.Great work ethic.
