Neonatal Nurse Practitioner

Overview Pediatrix Neonatology of Houston is seeking an outstanding Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join our practice at HCA Houston Healthcare Southeast Hospital in Pasadena, TX. Responsibilities Provide clinical care in a 14‑bed Level III NICU with an average daily census of 8‑10 babies. Assist in over 2,500 deliveries and 300 NICU admissions annually. Work within a 24/7 team with on‑call neonatologist support. Support flexible 24‑ or 48‑hour shifts to promote work‑life balance. Participate in a multidisciplinary team approach to patient care. Engage in leadership, policy development, mentoring, education, and quality improvement opportunities. Collaborate with a strong APRN‑led leadership team. Eligible for tuition reimbursement assistance, sign‑on bonus, and relocation support. Qualifications Current APRN national specialty certification. Minimum of a master’s degree.
