Levelland, Littlefield, Anton, Shallowater & Surrounding Communities | MondayFriday + After-Hours Rotation | $1,000$1,300/Week | Weekly Pay

What Youll Do

• Perform skilled nursing visits according to each patients plan of care
• Provide wound care, medication administration, and IV infusions
• Assess patients and monitor changes in condition
• Communicate patient needs and progress with the care team
• Complete required clinical documentation
• Coordinate care with patients, families, and providers

What Youll Need

• Active, unrestricted Texas RN license
• Home health experience preferred, but not required
• Current BLS/CPR certification
• Own device and reliable internet connection required to access your schedule and complete charting
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Ability to work independently and manage patient visits
