About the Role Responsibilities Assist with day-to-day operations at the branch and help to achieve sales, customer service, and profitability goals and objectives while improving productivity and efficiency. Build strong relationships with associates, customers, and vendors. Develop employees and company culture by promoting mutual respect, a positive regard for company growth, training, development, and retention of employees. This Position will supervise drivers and dispatchers. Support and demonstrate company culture and values with coworkers and customers. Always put safety first. Qualifications 2 years supervisory experience required with strong leadership and decision-making skills, including proven expertise in successfully coaching and mentoring employees. 5 years supervisory experience preferred. Required Skills Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills. Demonstrated project management skills that deliver our intended scope on time and within budget. Proficient in the use of computers and software (SAP, Microsoft Office, etc.). Preferred Skills CDL A License with tanker & hazmat endorsements. 2 years of management experience in the fuel and lubricant industry. Knowledge of Hampel Oil’s business and customer base. Pay range and compensation package Starting pay range: $100K - $110K a year. Work a typical schedule of 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM Monday - Friday. Some weekend availability is required.
