Job Description XPO is Now Hiring Pre-Made CDL-A Team Drivers in Las Vegas, NV Earn $0.974 per Mile, Split - Drop & Hook Freight 4-5 Days on/2-3 Days Off* - Dedicated Routes \n Top Pay & Benefits: \n \n Mileage pay rate of $0.974 per mile, split \n Hourly pay of $35.42 will be provided for enroute waiting times of more than an hour due to traffic, construction or weather-related delays \n Typical schedule is 4-5 days on, 2-3 days off* \n 4,500 - 5,200 planned weekly miles \n Full health insurance benefits available on day one \n 401(k) with company match \n No-touch and in-house freight \n \n (*Depending on lane) \n What to Expect: \n As an XPO Team, you’ll run dedicated routes between XPO facilities in 2023-2026 built sleeper trucks equipped with microwaves and refrigerators. Say goodbye to frustrating delays, as you’ll have access to our extensive network of 160 fueling stations along the way. Additionally, our in-house, no-touch freight system means you’ll never have to wait at a customer site. A typical work week will consist of 4-5 days on the road, followed by 2-3 days of well-deserved time at home.
