Employment Type Full time Shift Weekend Shift Schedule Weekend Package, Day Shift: 7a-7:30p Friday, Saturday and Sunday 48/52 weekends per year Essential Functions Performs Rapid and Comprehensive Assessments Develops and Implements Emergency Care Plans Delivers Timely and Effective Interventions Evaluates Patient Responses and Adjusts Care Facilitates Communication and Coordination Demonstrates Clinical Competence in Emergency Nursing Manages Multiple Patients and Prioritizes Care Provides Age-Appropriate and Culturally Sensitive Care Ensures Safety and Compliance Maintains Professional Standards and Regulatory Compliance Minimum Qualifications Associate degree in nursing required. Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred. Current Iowa RN license or compact state licensure as a registered nurse issued/defined by the State of Iowa. American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) required. American Heart Association Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) required.
