Our Recruiters play a vital role within our team, specializing in sourcing and placing candidates. This role demands effective communication and relationship building, with occasional client visits to foster strong connections. The recruiter leverages social media recruiting tools daily to identify top talent and supports a bilingual environment, valuing customer service skills and experience.
Responsibilities
- Source candidates using various channels, including social media recruiting tools
- Screen candidates to evaluate fit for contract roles
- Post job openings targeting contract positions
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates and clients
- Collaborate within a recruitment team to meet staffing goals
- Occasionally visit clients to strengthen partnerships
Required Qualifications
- Entry-level experience in recruitment
- Proficient in candidate sourcing and screening
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships
- Effective time management skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Customer service experience
