Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end delivery of integrated IT solutions (products, services, and packaged offerings). Own project scope, schedule, budget, and resource coordination. Develop and maintain master project plans, communication plans, and status reporting. Monitor project health, manage risks, reconcile variances, and implement corrective actions. Lead technical meetings, document outcomes, and publish clear action items. Create and manage change orders, ensuring scope and financial alignment. Conduct post-implementation reviews and drive continuous process improvement. Mentor junior PMs and contribute to PMO best practices aligned with PMI standards. Present project updates, financials, and process insights to leadership. Required Experience 5+ years managing IT projects independently. Proven success delivering large-scale Microsoft, networking, and cybersecurity implementations. Strong experience in VAR or MSP environments. Expertise in building detailed project plans with technical SME input. Experience managing both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Strong risk management and change management experience. Certifications & Education: PMP (active) preferred. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
