The position is fully remote, allowing you to work from the comfort of your location while providing valuable care to patients in Eagle, Colorado, and beyond. We operate Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with the flexibility to adjust your schedule based on patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and culturally informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' unique experiences and formulate individualized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions adapted to the cultural and personal contexts of patients, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and more.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions, fostering an atmosphere of support and understanding that promotes patient resilience and mental well-being.

• Collaborate actively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a holistic and coordinated approach to patient care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
