Senior Project Manager: Clinical Growth & Care Transformation

Job Summary The Senior Project Manager leads projects related to the identification, development, analysis, and optimization of new programs and opportunities for the Community Healthcare Improvement & Strategy (CHIS) group of Network Performance Group. The main portfolio of the CHIS group focuses on clinical growth initiatives that improve clinical care, close care gaps, and drive ambulatory care clinical transformation using quality improvement, clinical workflow redesign, and calculation of downstream value. Under the leadership of the Senior Director of CHIS, the project manager will manage and develop new clinical growth initiative programs and functionalities to expand and transform high-quality ambulatory care at Montefiore Medical Center. These initiatives include, but are not limited to, breast cancer screening, colorectal cancer screening, diabetes, and weight management. The Project Manager is expected to have previous experience with clinical workflows and processes and a strong command of health service redesign principles that optimize operational, quality, equity, and financial components. Location Yonkers, New York Employment Details Grant Funded: No Department: NPG - CHIS Work Shift: Day Work Days: MON-FRI Scheduled Hours: 8:30 AM-5 PM Scheduled Daily Hours: 8.5 HOURS Pay Range: $108,000.00-$135,000.00 Qualifications Bachelors degree in a related field Required - Masters Preferred 5 years of experience in process improvement and health service delivery redesign required Knowledge of ambulatory healthcare performance improvement standards and benchmarking tools Required.
