Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
Program Execution
Lead end-to-end execution of data center manual labor activities including:
Moving pallets, uncrating racks, unboxing servers, assembling racks, racking PDU's and racking devices
Oversee rack & stack, structured cabling (fiber/copper), and labeling standards
Ensure proper asset tracking, tagging, and chain of custody during removal and install phases
Technical Leadership and Execution
If required, the Data Center Team Lead will oversee and manage the following:
Act as the primary technical escalation point for all on-site issues during refresh cycles
Lead troubleshooting of hardware failures, connectivity issues, and install/configuration gaps
Validate system readiness through:

Power-on checks
Burn-in testing
Network connectivity validation
