About This Role We're seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you'll be the trusted advisor for our customers, ensuring they maximize the value of Creatify.AI's platform. You'll work closely with Sales, Product, and Support teams to onboard, retain, and grow our customer base. Responsibilities Customer Onboarding & Adoption: Guide new customers through seamless onboarding, ensuring they understand and leverage our platform effectively. Relationship Management: Build strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders, acting as their advocate within Creatify.AI. Retention & Expansion: Drive high retention rates and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities by understanding customer goals. Proactive Engagement: Monitor customer health, anticipate risks, and implement strategies to mitigate churn. Feedback Loop: Gather and relay customer insights to Product and Marketing teams to shape future improvements. Success Planning: Develop customized success plans to align our solutions with customer business objectives. Advocacy & Community: Encourage customer advocacy through case studies, testimonials, and referrals. Qualifications Experience: 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related role in SaaS/Tech. Customer-First Mindset: Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving measurable success. Communication Skills: Exceptional listening, presentation, and interpersonal skills to engage stakeholders at all levels. Problem-Solving: Ability to troubleshoot issues, manage escalations, and collaborate cross-functionally for resolutions. Analytical Aptitude: Comfortable analyzing usage data to derive insights and guide customer strategy.
