Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join our team as a traveling Physical Therapist in Tillamook, OR, where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing a new location. You will plan and conduct segments of treatment programs designed to restore and improve physical, social, and mental functions. You will serve as a co-leader in an interdisciplinary approach to patient groups.

Minimum Qualifications

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree, or foreign equivalent. (DPT required if license obtained on or after January 2016.)
Active Physical Therapy license valid in the applicable state(s) of practice. Required to start the assignment.
Home health experience. Required.
Valid driver’s license and minimum age of 21 years. Required.
Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) or Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor per facility policy. Required.
Availability to work a 40-hour workweek on day shift. Required.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in home health settings beyond entry level. Preferred.
Mileage reimbursement familiarity or experience providing care that requires travel. Preferred.

Assignment Details

Shift Days: Monday through Friday.
Shift Hours: 40 hours per week on a day schedule.
Position requires travel to patient homes within the service area and use of a personal vehicle for visits.
