Customer Experience Concierge
LOFT
LOFT in New York, NY is seeking a part-time Concierge to greet customers and support store operations. You will model selling behaviors, help protect assets, and ensure a safe, inclusive shopping environment while delivering outstanding service at the front of the store. Your role includes assisting customers with BOPIS, processing purchases, answering inquiries, and supporting new-hire onboarding and associate training.
