Werde Teil unseres Teams, das für die reibungslose Abwicklung von Exportaufträgen in spannende Märkte wie Afrika, Asien und den Mittleren Osten verantwortlich ist.## **Deine Aufgaben:*** **Auftragsmanagement & Kommunikation:** Du übernimmst die eigenständige Bearbeitung und Überwachung von Exportaufträgen unserer externen Partner außerhalb der EU im SAP-System. Die Kommunikation mit unseren internationalen Partnern und dem internen Vertrieb erfolgt dabei primär über unser CRM-Tool Salesforce.* **Logistikplanung & -koordination:** In enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren externen Partnern und dem internationalen Vertrieb konzipierst du Warenlieferungen. Dabei berücksichtigst du stets die jeweiligen länderspezifischen Anforderungen, um eine effiziente und gesetzeskonforme Abwicklung sicherzustellen.* **Schnittstellenmanagement:** Du koordinierst die Warenlieferung von der Übergabe an unser Zentrallager bis zur finalen Fakturierung.* **Dokumentenmanagement International:** Du stellst sicher, dass alle notwendigen Dokumente für die Einfuhr der Waren (inkl. Ursprungszeugnisse und Qualitätszertifikate) für unsere externen Partner fristgerecht und korrekt bereitgestellt werden.* **Teamwork & Kollaboration:** Du arbeitest eng mit unseren internen Fachabteilungen zusammen, darunter Vertrieb, Zentrallager, Transport, Zoll und Buchhaltung, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf zu gewährleisten.## **Dein Profil:*** **Kaufmännischer Hintergrund:** Du hast eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.* **Erfahrung im Export:** Idealerweise bringst du erste Berufserfahrung in der Abwicklung von Exportaufträgen, insbesondere in Drittländer, mit. Kenntnisse im Bereich Zoll und Außenhandel sind ein Plus.* **Sprachkenntnisse:** Du verfügst über sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift. Weitere Sprachkenntnisse, insbesondere Französisch, sind von Vorteil.* **IT-Affinität:** Du bist sicher im Umgang mit MS Excel. Kenntnisse in SAP und/oder Salesforce sind ein großer Vorteil.* **Persönliche Stärken:** Du bist kommunikationsstark und teamfähig. Eine strukturierte, eigenverantwortliche und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise zeichnet dich aus.
