The Mig Welder position involves performing high-quality MIG welding tasks with a focus on precision and adherence to safety and quality standards. This role requires working independently during the third shift, reporting to the shift manager, and participating in regular overtime to meet production demands. The ideal candidate has robust welding experience and certification, capable of interpreting blueprints and maintaining equipment to ensure optimal operations.

Responsibilities

• Perform MIG welding according to specifications and blueprints
• Set up and maintain welding equipment
• Conduct quality control checks on welded products
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
• Work independently with minimal supervision

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of welding experience
• Welding certification, such as AWS
