Job Description

• Analyze project plans, blueprints, and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Collaborate with project managers, architects, and engineers to determine project scope and requirements.
• Obtain and evaluate bids from subcontractors and suppliers.
• Prepare detailed cost breakdowns and budgets for construction projects.
• Monitor project costs and provide updates to stakeholders as needed.
• Maintain a database of cost information and market trends to support future projects.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards in all estimating activities.
• Support the negotiation process with vendors and subcontractors to achieve cost-effective solutions.

• Proficiency in using estimating software and tools.
• Excellent mathematical and analytical skills.
• The ability to read and interpret technical documents, such as blueprints and specifications.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with internal and external stakeholders.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in all aspects of work.
