Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Butler, Missouri

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate LPN to join our team at Butler Rehab and Healthcare Center in Butler, Missouri. As a valued member of our clinical team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional resident care and helping us maintain the highest level of service.

About the Role:

• $30 - $34 HOURLY : Competitive pay rate for a full-time position

• FULL_TIME : 40 hours per week, with flexible scheduling options

Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional, personalized care to support residents in their daily activities

• Encourage socialization and engagement to promote overall well-being

• Create a safe, comfortable environment where residents can thrive

• Use the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care

• Take vitals, including blood pressure, heart rate, and temperature

• Take instruction from and report updates to the registered nurse or overseeing physician

Requirements:

• A current LPN license in the state of Missouri
