Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of therapeutic massage services including Swedish, deep tissue, and specialty treatments
• Conduct client intake consultations to assess needs and customize each session accordingly
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment room environment
• Educate clients on the benefits of regular massage therapy and recommend appropriate service frequencies
• Uphold professional standards and adhere to all Florida massage therapy regulations and guidelines
• Collaborate with front desk staff to ensure a seamless and positive client experience
• Promote membership programs and retail products to enhance client wellness goals

Requirements:

• Active Florida Massage Therapy License (LMT) in good standing
• Experience performing Swedish, deep tissue, and other therapeutic massage modalities
• Strong interpersonal and client communication skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
• Commitment to ongoing education and staying current with industry techniques
