Operations Support Specialist

- Collaborate with Operations leadership to plan and schedule daily workforce coverage that meets production needs while aligning with labor agreements and company policies.
- Partner with supervisors to maintain proper staffing levels and skill coverage across all shifts.
- Close out daily process orders for all dinner lines accurately and on time to support reliable production reporting.
- Reconcile daily product staging area activity, identify discrepancies, and communicate findings to appropriate partners.
- Maintain and manage production job activities and required documentation to support operational accuracy and compliance.
- Review employee timecards daily, identifying accuracy or compliance concerns and communicating issues to supervisors prior to weekly approvals.
- Track completion of required plant and job‑specific training, partnering with Training and Human Resources as needed.
- Support Finance with period, quarter, and year‑end close activities by providing accurate and timely operational data.
- Purchase production supplies while ensuring quality, cost effectiveness, and use of approved vendors.
- Track purchase orders and invoices in alignment with site procedures.
- Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports to support informed decision‑making.
- Contribute to team success by supporting additional projects and responsibilities as assigned.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- One or more years of administrative support experience in a large-scale manufacturing or operations environment.
- Experience communicating clearly and effectively with employees and cross‑functional partners.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and enterprise resource planning systems.
You may be required to walk around the facility, climb stairs/ladders, kneel, or perform repetitive tasks that require hand-eye coordination.
You may be required to lift or carry materials that can vary in weight and size.
This is a manufacturing environment with large, moving equipment. Noise levels can be high, and temperatures may vary.

Compensation
Pay Range:$44,000-$57,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
