SCOPE AND PURPOSE Douglas Emmett is seeking a skilled sales professional with proven negotiation skills who can turn leads into deals. Help achieve the property's maximum occupancy. This position holds career in residential property management and ample growth opportunities. RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible for the entire leasing process for both prospective residents and renewals Follow up on warm leads and schedule tours Goal is to help obtain maximum leases for the community to increase occupancy Collect deposits and verify leasing applications Attend weekly leasing meetings, and provided trainings QUALIFICATIONS Minimum 1-2 years of previous sales experience California Real Estate License is a plus Self-motivated, enthusiastic individual who works well under high metrics Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to exercise good judgment and professional demeanor when interacting with building management, residents, and vendors Projects a professional image by meeting Douglas Emmett dress code standards Must be able to work weekends COMPENSATION Annual compensation is comprised of an hourly base pay plus bonuses based on leasing production $22.50/hr plus leasing bonuses.
