Head of Staffing Operations & Workforce Analytics
Star Pediatric Home Care
Star Pediatrics is seeking a Staffing Operations Leader to lead a team of Staffing Coordinators and optimize nurse utilization. You will analyze data, develop forecasting models, and create dashboards to drive data-driven decisions across Nursing Operations and Talent Acquisition. You will collaborate with Clinical Leadership, Operations, and other teams to address workforce supply and demand, drive productivity, and elevate service delivery.
