We’re seeking a dynamic and compassionate Support Staff Technician to join our team at our Addictions and Recovery Centerin West Lafayette, IN. In this front-desk role, you’ll be the welcoming face of Meridian—supporting daily operations, assisting patients, and keeping our clinic running smoothly. This is a full time position working Monday through Friday 8am-5pm.

What You’ll Do as a Support Staff Technician
- Provide friendly, professional communication with patients, staff, and the public
- Answer calls, schedule and reschedule appointments, and route messages
- Collect co-pays and process payments
- Manage medical records, releases of information, and new patient charts
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail (USPS, UPS, FedEx)
- Check in patients in NextGen
What You Bring as a Support Staff Technician
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of office or administrative experience (medical setting preferred)
- Strong computer and data-entry skills
- Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking abilities
- Professionalism, discretion, and a patient-centered mindset
