Major Duties As a Supervisory Interdisciplinary General Engineer/Physical Scientist, you will: Execute the research and development of the nuclear fuel supply chain capabilities in order to establish a high-assay low enriched uranium (HALEU) supply chain. Oversee the programmatic and technical requirements, planning documents, objectives, functions, and performance measures for Fuel Cycle Technologies. Direct the implementation of the Department of Energy's Uranium Strategy and the HALEU Consortium activities. Supervise a staff, setting priorities, evaluating performance, and providing guidance and development opportunities. Ensure subordinates are following EEO and affirmative action policies.
