California Strategic Sourcing Specialist

Managing CHLA's purchased supplies and services contracts, the full-time Strategic Sourcing and Contract Specialist will facilitate competitive sourcing activities, negotiate favorable terms, and optimize contract performance in a 100% remote position requiring California residency. Key responsibilities Conduct competitive sourcing activities including RFPs, supplier evaluations, and market analysis Negotiate contract terms, manage workflows within the Contract Lifecycle Management system, and ensure compliance with organizational requirements Monitor contract performance to identify cost savings opportunities and support renewal decisions Required qualifications 1+ years of supply chain management, procurement, or operations experience Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience Knowledge of supply chain management and procurement processes Broad understanding of contracts and purchase order terms and conditions Strong customer service skills
