Seasonal Brand Ambassador

Summary Provide a personalized, customer-first shopping experience on the sales floor as a part-time Brand Ambassador. Drive daily business results by building connections with customers and supporting store initiatives while learning retail fundamentals and sales processes. This role is an entry-level position focused on client engagement, teamwork, and executing store standards. Responsibilities Meet daily, weekly and monthly sales goals through proactive customer engagement and clienteling. Deliver a consistent, elevated customer experience and represent brand expectations on the sales floor. Support and participate in team training to execute business results and use in-store technologies. Assist with alternative purchasing options and digital tools to broaden customer accessibility (ship to home, virtual appointments, digital catalogs). Maintain sales floor standards and provide feedback to management on customer and category opportunities. Requirements Retail or related industry experience preferred; strong customer service and communication skills. Ability to operate register, stand and walk for extended periods, and maneuver around the sales floor and stock areas. Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs and performing moderate physical tasks. Willingness to work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and occasional travel or overnight shifts. #J-18808-Ljbffr
